Aviation anxieties as EASA verdict due

Sorry for Thai airlines bashing people all Thai airlines are allow to flight to Europe

No air carriers from Thailand were added to the Air Safety List at this time. The Commission and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) are willing to continue to work with the Thai authorities to enhance aviation safety in the country. The Commission and EASA will however closely monitor future developments and, if the protection of air passengers against safety risks so requires, the Commission could then propose to include one or more air carriers from Thailand in the Air Safety List

And to add some more it seems like the Department of Civil Aviation signed an agreement with the agency that will see EASA experts help Thailand improve its air-safety oversight. Indeed good news for Thailand

Not exactly the most glowing of endorsements but still pretty good considering.....

It is a shame what has happened to Thai Airline,I remember when I use to fly with them 30 years ago and they were one of the line carriers in the world.

The service was certainly good 15+ years ago, but as a passenger, there is NO way of knowing about the things that really matter, maintenance and crew standards.

The oversighting by authorities has really ramped up in recent years in response to accidents and serious incidents.

Customers are already voting with their wallets: Thai Airways is too expensive!

I often hear this comment and it simply not true, at least LHR-BKK-LHR, they are the cheapest and use a newish Airbus A330 and a newish Airbus A380 daily!

My friend booked a flight for Songkran next year, paid GBP490 return inc all taxes to Chiang Mai from London....cheapest by a country mile!

Just did a random flight in Feb 2016.....cheapest....Thai!

Sorry but the cheapest was with one stop, and therefore not Thai according to your own screenshot.

Here one for Munich for dates in Feb

Direct with Thai over 290 Euros more expensive than Etihad!!!
