Does anyone have experience using a full time/live in nanny? How much do you pay, and does she make life easier/more manageable for the family?

We have had for many years and they have provided grand-child care/cooking and general maid service and food shopping. Current pay is 11k per month and food/room/mc provided and children teenage girls so a lot of clothing. Have a second maid for general housecleaning a couple hours per day at 3.5k. Total of 7 or 8 family members normally living in home.
