bangkapi
Japan's rate is so low because they will all die of cancer long before they reach the age of 65.
ejpool44
I was thinking the same thing, when looking at the totals. Otherwise why so low in Japan?
Lannig
Much wealthier than any other country in this list (or at least wealth much better distributed) seems like a good reason to me: much better access to preventive healthcare and treatment. Japan's healthcare system is really good. I think that they might have healthier food as well, but that's just a wild guess.
nemrut
Japan's rate is so low because they will all die of cancer long before they reach the age of 65. Japan has the longest average life expectancy in the world due to healthy diet, exercise and strong family/social structure. Many dont get cancer at all hence the low rates.
