Other options, Skype at internet cafe, Skype app on mobile phone, Line, various types of messenger services that offer voice. All internet cafe have these services. dddave Posted December 21, 2015 Share Posted December 21, 2015 Whoever it is you are calling in Thailand, get them a 3G data account which will allow the use of messenger apps. It will end up costing you less than phone cards which are indeed, getting scarce. Free calling to almost anywhere in the world is the reason they are getting scarce.
