Sounds a bit like the other side of the world, or are electricians not allowed to travel more than 5 km from their home?

I had one on the dark side, used to charge 300 baht call out, came last week, small job took half hour, Bill 1000 baht! Now looking for competent electrician who will come over to the dark side if needed.
