Sukhumvit Hospital is on Sukhumvit Rd in Ekkamai, a 5 minute walk from the Ekkamai BTS. Good walk-in services in my experience,

medconsult soi 49. English doctor and great staff. Also, cheaper by far than hospitals and the doctor is a Bumungrad consulatant.

Google it.

I have been to the Sukhumvit Hospital - it was good and there are English is no problem if your Thai is not so good.
