CDC spokesman confident first new draft will answer all public questions

BANGKOK, 27 December 2015 (NNT) - A spokesman of the Constitution Drafting Commission believes the public will find all the answers they look for once the draft charter is ready.

CDC spokesman Amorn Wanichwiwatana said that, in the latest meeting, the charter drafters had taken into account all ideas collected from various parties, including opinions of the people compiled during the CDC’s trips to many provinces.

Mr. Amorn said that the CDC also included suggestions on the national reform process, particularly about the education and the justice systems.

However, he believes that the charter drafters are likely to write it broadly in the draft Constitution while details will be in organic laws.

The CDC spokesman added that the proposal from the National Legislative Assembly will be presented before the New Year Holiday while adding that its details are in line with what the charter drafters have deliberated upon.

He is confident that, once the draft is completed, the public will find answers to all the observations they have already made.

"Mr. Amorn said that the CDC also included suggestions on the national reform process, particularly about the education"

They don't suggestions, just need properly educated teachers who can actually teach.

Sadly that will be true - another attempt by the autocracy to suppress a people's democracy.

...and summarily dismissed them.

The Charter will only contain the number "42"....................

Did you mean 44. It states answer all public questions which raises a question is the public "allowed" to ask questions?
