Just moved into a new 2 bed room condo and my wife and i decided we would rather have a house. I wanted to have the people in the office handle the resale but they told me that won't happen till the units are 50% occupied. All the units are sold and people are slowly moving in, we were the only people in our building for a week. So i guess i will have to have another agency sell it. Can anyone recommend a good company to list my condo where they speak English and do the real estate companies in Pattaya have a MLS (multiple listing service) system like they have in the states? Thanks for any info.

Good luck!....Your condo was easy to buy ......but now you'll find out the truth when it comes to selling ...VERY HARD. blink.png

HINT! Management told you they were all sold out! LIE....so unless your willing to take a substantial loss be prepared to wait a long time bah.gif
