Pattaya Harbor Masters Office New Year Beach Cleanup

PATTAYA -- On Monday Morning a team from the Harbor Masters Office in Pattaya conducted a beach clean-up following directives from the Ministry of Transport who ordered all departments to organize events for the New Year which would benefit the local community.

Khun Egarat, Director of the Pattaya Office, led a team of Harbor Officers who were armed with black-bags and proceeded to clear refuse around the Bali Hai Port area.

Pattaya's public transport could do with a clean up.

So the harbour office just realized there was more garbage on the beach, than they could pick up, in one photo op? What do they do on the other 364 days of the year, wait for orders to do something?

I clean up the beach once a week to get exercise . Thais are just staring at me and think I'm an idiot.
