I need to to my first extension in the end of January, can I extend my O-A visa based upon marriage with less financial requirements ? I have been married to a Thai woman for several years.

Yes you can. 400k in your bank for two months prior to the application or a certified income of 40k pm.

I assume your O-A visa has expired and you can't go out/in to be granted a new 1 year stay?

    Yes it expires March 1 and I actually got 18 months out of it , Thanks for your replies.. And a Happy New Year

    Good luck but please be aware that it will be an extension of stay, not an extension of the visa. The visa will be void after you extend your stay. Be careful to get a re-entry permit if you want to leave the country and re-enter during the extension of stay.
