Anyone know what the monthly rental would be on a free standing house in Mukdahan city. Average type modern Thai house, concrete rendered painted walls, tiles on the floors large living area and a couple of bed rooms, car port etc. Nothing flash, as I said average but relatively new. Issangeorge Posted January 8, 2016 Share Posted January 8, 2016 I rented a small house about 6 metres by 12 metres, divided into three small bedrooms a bathroom with hot water, a kitchen area and a living area, there was a carport. The house was western finished and the price was ฿3,000 a month. That was 5 years ago, Mukdahan has grown greatly since then, so I'm guessing a small house would be around ฿4,000 a month.
