Any one bought yet? would like to get some inputs. Went to view and like the location and infra. Like the 30sqm one..2 bed rooms layout is kinda ridiculous. Btw condo developer think those people stay in condo don't cook? went into 2bed rooms and the kitchen is in the living room?

The trendy young Condo crowd no longer cook, they eat out 3 meals a day.

During our years of condo living in Bangkok, we never really cooked. We brought in and microwaved on occasion but who wants the smell in an inclosed space and who wants to do dishes.
