Non Immigrant "b" Visa

hi! I would like to apply for non immigrant "B" visa, but i heard there are different rules for people from Nepal. As Iam a Nepali citizen. They said I need a letter from the Labour Department stating that I should be given a non immigrant visa "b" so as to apply my work permitt. Is there any possibility to get such a letter from the labor department? I have it from my company already! but The embassy told me the main paper work they need is from the labour department! Can anybody help me with my queries....plsss...thks..!!

You have to get a WP3. The WP3 application cannot be signed by you as the authorized director, as you will be working as a director when you sign it.

You then need to have another director sign it who has a work permit or a Thai national who is a director of your company.

You have to get a WP3. The WP3 application cannot be signed by you as the authorized director, as you will be working as a director when you sign it.

You then need to have another director sign it who has a work permit or a Thai national who is a director of your company.

hi how do i get a WP3? and how long it takes, my tourist visa expires end of this month and I heard i can only extend for 7 days (in my countrys case). Can your company help me in this, if I pay you? Thks....pls reply back...

Document required for WP3 letter

1st Step (Takes 12 days) - WP3 Form

- Resume/Curriculum Vitae

- A copy of the applicants passport

- A copy of a Company affidavit and a Share holder list (update within 6 months)

- A copy of a Vat registeration

- Employment letter

- Map of company address

- A copy of Managing director’s work permit or if Thai, the ID card

- A picture of the Office (4 pictures)

Send this WP3 letter to your employee in India with a package of your own company documents to get a non immigrant “B”one year multiple entry at a Thai Embassy / Consulate in India

2nd Step Apply for the Work Permit (Takes 3- 5 days )

Document required

- 3 color photos , size 5x6

- A medical certificate from a Thai hospital or Thai Clinic

- An original passport of the applicant and a copy

- A power attorney sign by the applicant ( for us to do the process for them)

** The applicant must come back to Thailand to do the 2nd step within 30 days after we received the letter from the labor department.

As you can see if you are the MD, you have a problem as you need a work permit to apply for the WP3!

You then need a Thai director to apply on your behalf.

okie thank you so much for your help, but i have one more question, Actually I just called my company(hoteL). I tried to explain to them I need to apply a WP3. And all they kept saying to me was "No...first you need to change your visa to Non -Immg"B", then you will get that letter from labour department. But the problem is My embassy is not issuing me a visa until and unless I have that Paperwork from Labour Department. Oh, its driving me crazy, So can you tell me how much it costs, if do my paper work through you, by which i can get help to get a business visa from Nepal. Thanks. If I call to your company who do I talk with?

Are you the only Director of this company? If not, who is? Thai or if it is a Foreigner, do they have a work permit?

Are you in Nepal now or in BKk?

Our professional fee is 3,900 Baht for the WP3 if its a Thai Director or a Foreign Director with a work permit. The work permit is 6,500 Baht professional fee and 850 Baht government fee.
