January 10, 201610 yr Yawn, ... But they have some pretty big cajones to label it the first draft of the permanent charter.
January 10, 201610 yr If anything and time will tell , the CDC has probably set a record for the longest draft, and unless the people agree with this draft, it would be a complete waste of time and money, however the cost on these constitutional changes over decades would total hundreds of millions of Baht to Thailand's economy , something Junta's don't take into account when acquiring Government to promote Happiness......................................................... ..
January 10, 201610 yr "He added that the contents of the permanent constitution will be presented in a way that the public can understand it easily" I am guessing that the draft has to be presented in a way that the Thai people can understand easily, because he thinks they are all idiots.
