tonymontana32
Hi All, Looking for black pudding in BKK without the fat bits so preferably smooth, please don't recommend Bunters black pudding as it's shit. Thanks in advance
SoiBiker
Sloanes sell one. I've not tried it so can't tell you what it's like, but the rest of their stuff is excellent so probably worth a try.

puchooay
Pigs blood, oats, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Make your own. You don't need the skins. You can improvise. That's what I do.

Bpuumike
Excellent black pudding from The London Pie shop in Ekamai. Don't recall excessive lumps of fat.

That's what I do. I like simple traditional tasting foods, not "nouveau cuisine" dishes like 3 stringbeans round a chicken's kneecap, so cinnamon and nutmeg in Black Pud are a no no for me....I even consider oats to be an alien substance in BP....but that's just me....I'm not keen on any of these spices in other savoury foods either....maybe because I'm just a Mackem throwback.....although I am partial to garlic in yorkshire puddens @puchooay: This is not a criticism of your taste.....just an expression of mine....
