snoop1130
Constitution Drafting Commission to keep parts of 2007 Constitution in new charterNNT NewsBANGKOK, 12 January 2015 (NNT) –- The Constitution Drafting Commission is going to keep a part of the previous charter in the new version ofthe country’s highest law.CDC spokesman Amorn Wanichwiwatana said that, on the first day of the retreat, the charter drafters have started reviewing each article of the new draft charter.Mr. Amorn said that the CDC has been working on the wording and the detail of each article to make sure that they are perfect while adhering with the core principles of the past charters. He noted that, however, the charter drafters have decided not to put a clause in the new Constitution that declares Buddhism the national religion, as one group of Buddhist activists has asked, due to the delicate nature of the matter. The CDC spokesman went on to say that the meeting has maintained the essence of Article 7 of the 2007 Constitution, which is related to the power of the court, in the draft of the new charter although some adjustments to the wording were made to pave the way for a more complete implication.Source: http://thainews.prd.go.th/website_en/news/news_detail/WNPOL5901120010007 -- NNT 2016-01-

stickyrice2000
Just watch. In the end, nothing in the Constitution will be changed. All is just a waste of time and a plot to remove the opponent side.
