International Phone Cards

Featured Replies

Hi

I need to buy an international phone card for calls to the UK. Can anyone suggest the best one to go for and where to buy?

I do not want one that goes through a skype like connection or one that has delays - just a clear line with no delays.

Also if anyone knows the rates to Uk for the card you may suggest would be appreciated.

Many thanks

Hi Batty....I use CAT Telecom cards that are marketed and distributed by Hatari Technology. I buy these at face value at TOPS Supermarket.

For rates and details:

www.hatari.net

The quality is very good in my experience.

I'd love to hear other folks' ideas.

Hi.

I used to use the Hatari Phone net cards , but now just use my regular prepaid AIS phone and use the 008 prefix for Intn'l dialing. The cost is maybe a baht or two more than the card and the connection is clear and I don't have dial a whole bunch of numbers.

prefix 008 on mobile or landline phones - quality usually pretty good - it's either 7 or 8 baht a minute (my memory escapes me as to which) - but pretty cheap either way. :o

Hi

I purchased a Hatari phone card, 300B credit gives me 46 minutes of UK call time. This works out to around 6.5 Baht per minute (off the top of my head).

Thanks all for the advice
