Sorry if I have missed some info here, but did anyone recently get a METV (Multiple Entry Tourist Visa) for 6 months in Penang? Any reports? What are the requirements?

METV id only issued in your home-country or country of residence.

You need a residence permit for Malaysia to get a METV in Penang.

As said. Only obtainable in your country of residence.

According to one report KL aren't even giving the METV to Malaysians (anyone). Not sure if that applies to Penang too.
