Mae - you are right !

My one, I had for 7 days some auto gear connected by my clinic-

in discussion with wife,

my ones rised from 130 ( which is already bad - )

up to 170 - 180, depending on the topic !

To view her - afraidened of next discussion was enough ,

to rise already 20 points !

My doctor told me:

No medicine - change your loved ones !

It's not your wife that raises your blood pressure, it's your attitude towards her that does so. You are the sole controller of your thoughts and the emotions that create the increase in adrenalin in your system, and hence your blood pressure.

This is a typical childish attitude of:

"Look what you've made me do now".

When nobody else can make you do anything you don't want. Practice patients and reward yourself with good health.

If I could get a Thai person to answer a simple question with a simple "Yes" or "No" (including, she who must be obeyed) instead of the usual long winded version, then my BP would drop so low that I would probably by all accounts....be dead.

PS...it's like the man said....why use 1 word, when can use a 1,000.

Add to that getting her to comprehend what punctuality is. We have a system, "my time" and her "Thai time" and unfortunately like the blood pressure machine, neither are calibrated, hence periodic sky high blood pressure. Oh well, there are other compensations, but we won't go in to that here.wink.png

How old are you ,your weight ? Activities.?

If you pulse is 45bpm you must be an iron man. At least your ticker won't wear out.

60 years old, 76Kg, 182cm.

Yesterday cycled cross country into CM on mountain bike, round trip 40Km.

attachicon.gifwater 2.jpg

Today hiked on Doi Suthep mountain, 4hrs, round trip 16.5Km.

attachicon.gif12607155_10153868026288749_1858740782_n.jpg

Tomorrow will road bike up to Wat Doi Suthep, 28-60Km round trip.

Friday .... will do nothing.

That's a normal 4 days for me.

Somewhere between 1,000 and 2,000KCals a day of exercise.

Excellent and you should enjoy every moment of it whilst you can!

At age 60 I could that kind of thing but at a certain point, I think we hit our "sell by date".

Then things start to decline rather more rapidly!

All the things we did as youngsters start to manifest themselves as, to mention a few:

Bad backs.

Ruined hip joints and or knees.

Broken hormones that control appetite through consumption of sugars (and booze LOL)

The ole lungs don't work so well cos of all the fags we smoked.

You meet old friends and you both immediately start a conversation about

the state of your "conditions".

Then the body wants you to relax and stops replacing muscle like it used to.

It slaps on a bit of extra fat in case of famine.......

The battery in the memory loses power and gets to be intermittent.

Hearing and eye sight start to more fuzzy and the taste buds have gone.

Lose tolerance to alcohol and get wrecked more easily.

But Hey, thank goodness, we still have our driving licenses!

Your blood pressure is too low at rest.

Your blood pressure is correct when your wife is around so shes actualy good for you not bad for you.

The reading you have when shes around is optimal blood pressure.

Your teerak was probably giving off massive amounts of electro-magnetic distortion hence altering the reading. That's the story I'd use to maintain marital bliss in the household.

"No sweetie, it's just your magnetic personality effecting the reading of the machine." whistling.gif

Viagra lowers blood pressure. One pill should satisfy both you and the wife.

What do you need a wife for? And I thought people get married that they have food on the table and their clothes washed?

They did. Back in the 1950s.

Mom did back in the 50's. Wife does now. Golly, I've come full circle, and my BP is 126/72 and HR at 72.

I must be reading Thai Visa. Resting HR usually is about 60 bpm.
