Old news, due to a change in the Federal Law about unlocked phones most phones in the US now have SIM cards so that you can change carriers once your plan expires, the only exceptions are "burner" phones like Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless and TracFone, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
