True routing IP errors?

This isn't really strictly linux related but I'm posting it here because most of you will know what I'm talking about and many of you probably have similar setups.

I have both my home and office routers configured for multiple incoming connections, ssh, RDP, VNC, HTTPS, etc, etc and suddenly in the past week or 2 I am no longer able to make any remote connections to either location. I called True and of course the agent had no idea what I was actually asking her, but before I call back I and wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this?

I just did a little testing and find that although my router is showing an IP in the 100.x.x.x range, an IP lookup is showing a 58.x.x.x address. ?! Although I am an IT administrator networking is not my strongest skill, anyone have any idea what they are doing here so I can <deleted> them out correctly when I call to complain again?
