happydays
Hi, Just wondering, I have a US$ payment to make - should I pay it out of a UK sterling account or a Thai baht account (or doesn't it make any difference?). Cheers
fletchsmile
Depends on how you use your foreign currency accounts, what their purposes are, how you manage your money, etc. All things being equal for me the currency I pay from wouldn't make much difference. I'd prefer to pay it from a USD account to save on any currency conversion costs. As you asked between, between THB and GBP though, I'd tend towards THB. Not because of the currency really, just Thai bank fees for the transfer would be less for me.
