Since mid afternoon today 1st Feb no internet connection. Anyone else with similar problem or is it unique to me.

No problem for me.

They have technical support lines you know. They should be able to tell you what's going on. Sometimes cables get snapped by buses and trucks, or accidents damaged lines, but that puts a lot of people out and shouldn't take too long to get fixed. This happened with CAT a few weeks ago.

No problems with 3BB in Jomtien , must be a local disconnection.

Fixed now. After the helpful replies here i then contacted my condo engineer who found the problem as a broken cable. So no need call 3BB.

no problem in Jomtien. But for some reason, suddenly youtube takes long time till the vid starts.
