Sometimes cables get snapped by buses and trucks, or accidents damaged lines, but that puts a lot of people out and shouldn't take too long to get fixed. This happened with CAT a few weeks ago. R123 Posted February 2, 2016 Author Share Posted February 2, 2016 Fixed now. After the helpful replies here i then contacted my condo engineer who found the problem as a broken cable.
