What is the procedure for Thai citizen to open a Thai business? My Girlfriend will be running business on her name

What kind of business she wants to open? Nothing big, just a marketing agency kinda thing. She will be sole propertier of the business.

I would suggest she talk to a lawyer or at least someone else running a similar business. Your description is pretty vague and lots of variables will effect what she'll need to do and how much money she'll need to spend to get started. She should probably move slowly and make sure she fully understands what running such an agency would mean and how she expects to pull in (and hold onto) clients. Small business can eat a lot of money for a few years until they're established ... or until they die.

For someone who wants to run a marketing agency, it's concerning that she has no idea how to go about setting up her own business.
