snoop1130 Posted February 9, 2016 Share Posted February 9, 2016 Cabinet appoints two officials to director-general postsNNT News BANGKOK, 9 February 2016 (NNT) – The Cabinet has agreed to promote two officials in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to director-general posts.The Cabinet today gave a nod to a proposal to name Mr Thanya Netithammakun, Deputy Director-General of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (DNP), as well as Mr Tawsaporn Nuchanong, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Mineral Resources, as chiefs of their respective departments.Their nomination had earlier been conducted by the selection committee chaired by Mr Kasemsun Chinnavaso, Permanent Secretary for Natural Resources and Environment.The appointment of the DNP chief has been a difficult and problematic procedure since the previous government due to suspected irregularities involving each candidate.Source: http://thainews.prd.go.th/website_en/news/news_detail/WNPOL5902090010010 -- NNT 2016-02-09 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
