Two year work permits for those with BOI privileges are issued by the labor ministry at the one stop center. Two year extensions of stay are also possible in certain cases.

The 2 year work permit can be issued to anybody that qualifies for it. It is allowed under the Alien Working act.

A employment contract valid for at least 2 years would be the primary requirement. The rest would be mostly be the same as for any work permit application. The fee would be 6000 baht.
