Thanks 👍 Slightly and rather flippantly, but I cook a lot of Asian food, mainly Thai and Bangla and usually start with a basic recipe, then add / subtract according to whim, tasting as i go. That way i can cook the same dish 3 times and it's always a surprise! Maybe I should open a restaurant called "Surprise, Surprise" with every meal a new experience for the customers 🤔😉😊
