Apologies if I am posting in the wrong place, I have looked at the condo rentals part of ThaiVisa but there hasn't been much there. I am in bangkok for the next 3 months, possibly 4. I am looking for a place either in Thong lo or Ari area (flexible to an extent, but still on sukhumvit line) - either a studio/1 bed with a budget of 15,000, or a 2 bed (if a friend joins) at maximum 30,000.

Short term lets seem hard to find, so I was hoping to find either a 3 month let to just slip straight into, or a place that doesnt mind taking things month by month.

I think they might do a 3 month. If they don't try offering them the 3 months rent in advance and that might swing it.

Forget the name but 50 meters from the Thong Lo BTS station going towards Ekkamai on the even soi side is a yellow color apartment/room complex that has rooms starting at B10,000/m.
