My 3BB has been down since Sunday with no explanation as to why on 1530 & had an outage for 4 days about 2 weeks ago where engineers came because they said it was an issue at my place.

Upon checking they then decided that it was outside issue & diiferent engineers would have to come.

Then it came back on but they could not tell me why.

The lack of believable information is very frustrating indeed.

Many problems of this nature are solved by good luck and some trial and error.
