Looking for a commercial sign shop that sells or make "No Smoking", "No Motorbike Parking" signs. Picture signs of metal or plastic with a circle and line through the picture is preferred. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Just look for a shop with a sign outside that says

ป้าย or ทำป้าย

It's telling you it's a place that makes signs, and there's dozens of them around the town if you look.

But do they make signs on solid plastic or metal?

All in our region are just printing on plastic film.

I wonder where the public servants/officers get their name signs from.

Yep. Wrong side.

Can't see it on street view at the opposite side.

I have been driving along there so often when on visit, but of course from the scooter you can not notice such details.

That's why walking is the only way to really explore a city.
