KhunBENQ
9th "colors of the east" festival ? (in English they seem to have choosen "colors of your life"). Seems like promotion of local products/foods? Some dancing/folklore/music. Some snippets from this site: http://ipattaya.co/%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%97%E0%B8%A8%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%A5%E0%B8%AA%E0%B8%B5%E0%B8%AA%E0%B8%B1%E0%B8%99%E0%B8%95%E0%B8%B0%E0%B8%A7%E0%B8%B1%E0%B8%99%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%819/ Four eastern provinces, 120 booths... Opening ceremony 25 February (today) at 17:00h, some parade (maybe today?) Four eastern provinces: Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat Edited February 25, 2016 by KhunBENQ
oxforddon
I think it reads "FESTIVAL" and "9th NORTHEAST SEASON" with 'season' being spelt out in transliteration.
KhunBENQ
Details can not be discussed here, only in Thai language forum. But, no: it's not a northeast (aka. Isan) festivial but get's it's motto from the four mentioned provinces on the eastern seaboard (Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat). digbeth
I think it reads "FESTIVAL" and "9th NORTHEAST SEASON" with 'season' being spelt out in transliteration. "Seeson" just means colourful, not transliteration of Season, /pendantic
