Ryancr Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 My wife and I spent 5 weeks in Thailand over Christmas and we tried to find Gluten free bread. We eventually found some Germinated brown rice bread at S&P Bakery which also has a restaurant . Although it does not state that it is Gluten free and it did not affect my wife who is gluten intolerant and it is the best gluten free bread that she has tasted. We cannot get any decent gluten free bread in the UK so we brought 6 loaves back home with us and put them in the freezer. They also have a good shelf life. We are going back later this year and will take an extra case with us and fill it to the brim. Hope this helps any other gluten intolerant holiday makers.
