meer93
Looking for daily meals delivered to my home, want to shred some of this fat. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
elektrified
There are 2 or 3 people on the Facebook C.M. groups doing home delivery of low-fat, low-calorie no MSG meals. All are about 100 Baht per meal including delivery. Thai food - with salmon, brown rice, veggies, fruit, etc. Looks pretty good and healthy. They seem to do a brisk business. 2020
Not as easy to find as I thought it would be, but here is one called calorie box- https://www.facebook.com/CaloriesBox/?ref=ts&fref=ts I havent used them so can't recommend, but probably worth a try. Keep us up to date on them and any others you may find please.

HLover
Calorie counting, not the best way to get healthy. Just cut out sugars mate. Edited February 25, 2016 by HLover
elektrified
Sorry I don't know how to link from within a closed group. But I think the one vendor is #Healthyfoodbymint There are others too. I don't have time to search for them for you.
sendbaht
I know (including me) everyone has their own idea...but, if you eat the correct foods there is no reason to calorie restrict..
