I would like to buy Thai books (novels and such, especially classics) that include both the English and Thai version, in opposite pages. Has anyone seen this or anything similar? Cheers

I have seen this kind of thing in bookshops but mainly children's stories or simplified books. What I have done with novels is to buy the Thai version of English books I already have (at my level of Thai having read the English book first made reading the Thai version more manageable). Most classics are out of copyright and you can easily download the English versions free of charge from Project Gutenberg or other sites.

I think what is referred to above are the Oxford U Press books for Thai learners of English. They take a story like ''Romeo and Juliet'', abridge and simplify it and on each page in the margins explain the harder English words in Thai. I haunt bookshops here, esp the language sections, and have never seen what you are describing. I would be interested if you have any success finding any. Sorry I cannot be of more help.
