Ranees guesthouse in Trokmayon has wifi access and they have a nice little garden restaurant so even if you stay elsewehere you can sit in the restaurant and use the wifi with a nice cup of coffee.

Coffee world underneath the Buddy lodge also has wifi access which could possibly mean that the Buddy lodge itself also has wifi but Im not sure there.
