Shootout at North Pattaya Condominium leaves one man in ICU

PATTAYA: -- In the early hours of Monday, a 35-year-old man was shot and seriously injured during a shootout at his North Pattaya condominium.

The Bangkok Hospital Pattaya informed Police they had admitted Khun Poomsit with multiple gunshot wounds. Police arrived but were unable to speak with the victim who was being treated in ICU.

Police made their way to the scene of the shooting, at the Club Royale Condominium, Building A in Soi 12 off the Naklua Road. Security Guards directed Police to the 5th floor and to room 502.

A blood trail was seen running from the room, down to the ground floor lobby and spent bullet casings were seen inside the room, along with two firearms, thought to belong to the victim. Both were found to be licensed but to another individual.

My advice to any condo owner is check that your building has good working CCTV because these sort of things only happen where the CCTV is not working.

Would you not think that the cctvs might have been working until the shooting ,then the management might think that he is more in fear of the other gunman then the BIB ?
