monsieurhappy
Presumeably your postman has left you a pink card with the details of your package and where to pick it up. Take the pink card, your passport and the money to the post office written on the card and present them to the person behind the counter. You will have to sign for your package. FracturedRabbit
Suggest you ask someone who can read Thai which post office you need to go to. Very often it is the main office in Naklua.

NightRider70
this is the letter It says Banglamung. The main Banglamung post office is here. On the other hand, Pattaya is included in Banglamung district so who knows.
Smokin Joe
It says Banglamung. The main Banglamung post office is here. On the other hand, Pattaya is included in Banglamung district so who knows. If you go North on Naklua Rd there are traffic lights at Soi Photisan and also at Soi 16 and after that the next light is Sawang Fa where you turn right to get to the post office. Parcel pickup is on the lower level
kbelyeu
You'll do fine collecting the package yourself with no need to speak thai.. they are open 7 days a week.
