The International Research Institute of Stavanger, which conducted the report, indicates that layoffs in the offshore sector will continue through to 2018. Around 38,000 have been laid off in the Norwegian offshore sector between 2014 and 2016. March 13, 201610 yr same everywhere ..... also, another problem is the governments are not using tools & admininistering ways of creating jobs. unemployment is skyrocketing in EU, Australia, USA and many other countries.
