BARCELONA: -- Police in Spain have arrested members of a crime gang suspected of robbing drug dealers by pretending to be policemen.

Authorities say some 30 suspected members of the gang have been captured.

Arrests took place in Barcelona, Málaga, Huelva and Cádiz.

Drugs, weapons, vehicles and more than 60,000 euros in cash have been seized.

Robbing drug dealers you say? Hmmm. 'Can't think of a more deserving class of victim! As long as the drugs & weapons are faithfully turned over, and they confine their activities to the drug dealing scum of course, maybe they should consider quietly splitting the cash with these guys and just sort of let the police-impersonation charges get lost in somebody's inbox...

In some countries real police will steal your cash, well as we all know only drug dealers use cash.

They were clearly doing a better job than the police and should have been left to get on with it.
