Back in 2004 when I purchased a condo in View Talay 2A I had this company, Twinmit Limited, renovate it from a basic 41 SQMT "shell". They did a great job but don't know if they are still in business so you will have to give them a call. They are located in Naklua, 038 370108

Siam Wood Design renovated my condo. It was a shell but the existing tile floors, ceilings and bathrooms were demolished. They did the custom cabinetry.
