LINE Pay says: Invalid card. Try a different credit card

Hi everyone,

I shop a lot on Lazada Thailand. Months ago I also registered with LINE Pay since they offer additional discounts, especially during the weekends. This weekend they offer - 100 Baht when you order a minimum of 350 Baht. I bought tree same items yesterday Saturday and got every time 100 Baht discount. When I tried to buy the same item a fourth time, during the payment process, I suddenly got the following message: " Invalid card. Try a different credit card." I called my credit card company and they said, from their side there is no problem at all, there is enough money on my card. Then I added a second credit card, tried to pay with that card: same problem: "Invalid card. Try a different credit card."

Has anyone here had the same problem and if yes, how was the problem solved? I have sent a complaint to LiNE Pay, but I don't know how long it will take them to answer, especially during a weekend ...

Sorry, this weekend t's - 100 Baht when you shop for a minimum of 500 Baht.

I just solved the problem by myself. It's in fact very easy: clear browsing data. This possibility just came up in my head and I tried it and voilà! I can pay again with LINE Pay as usual. I'm happy to have put this problem on TV forum, so other people who might encounter the same problem as I did, find help.

I also have the same problem. it still didn't work. I tried to clear all browsing data as well on my android device but not sure if I did it right. I sent 4 reports to line customer care. They aren't helping much just keep saying the same thing "We ave removed the restriction on your card as we confirmed that you were using it properly. We believe that you are now able to use the service without any problems.

Please try to use the card after 24-48 hours

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced."

I just solved the problem by myself. It's in fact very easy: clear browsing data. This possibility just came up in my head and I tried it and voilà! I can pay again with LINE Pay as usual. I'm happy to have put this problem on TV forum, so other people who might encounter the same problem as I did, find help.
