Areas are usually worked by established mobile ice cream vendors and they are very defensive over their territories. Anyone trying to barge in on their turf can be warned off, beaten up or even murdered if they think someone is taking away their livelihoods, especially if they discover there is a Farlang involved. Best to ask some questions first and find out who is all ready selling ice cream there before going to the expense of buying an ice cream cart. Can check out this link for ideas and ask the folks that run the page http://www.foodtruckclub.net There was a company that does contruction of food trucks, can't find it at the moment, I think they are based around Bangkok What type of ice cream business are you thinking of? you should probably add drinks like ice coffee/thai tea/smoothies to supplement the income Sounds like a good idea for the beach and temple festivals - espeically with shaved ice, or ice cream sundaes / soft serve with toppings It would be suicide if you are selling popsicles/ice cream that you find in 7-11 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
