Oh, we'll also want some traditional Thai massage. Any particular place to go for this? And how much say for 1 hour or 2 hours?

re Massage... depends on where you are at ... and the quality of the shop etc

For great food and many diffferent types of Massage try the both Spa beach and Spa Village in Lamai. Fantastic, and good value too.
