Avoid Mondays and Thursdays as on those days the visa run companies are there. It's a queue system so I guess the earlier the better. Phuket1234 Posted March 24, 2016 Share Posted March 24, 2016 Agent in Penang do everything so applicants don't need come to the consulate, (Fee is 40RM≒350THB) Agent in Vientiane is a public letter-writer, just fill in the applications , so applicants must in line (fee is 50THB) They don't have a queue number to jump since summer of 2015 However, there is an illegal agent in Vientiane as a rumor.
