dreimer Posted October 30, 2006 Share Posted October 30, 2006 There is a new AOT Suvarnabhumi Complaint Form which can be requested and handed in at the AOT help desks (if you can find them). You can download it here: AOT Suvarnabhumi Complaint Form since it is not available on the AOT websites. I managed to get one last week (after complaining about the lack of signs and only one eating place on the airside of domestic arrivals/departures).
