Will 30000 baht get me a house with a pool long Term here?

Per month*

I certainly wouldn't be paying any more than that. I don't live that far from there and there's plenty of houses available, so it's a renters market.

It depends on how fussy you are with furnishing, fittings and decor. 30K will get you a house with a pool but a bit rough around the edges... or you could get a nicer house without a private pool, but a communal pool. The further out you go the better the value you'll get.

30k will easily get you a nice 2-bedroom with a private pool or, as tropo suggested, a 3-bedroom with a lower standard of care and amenities. SP5 is alright though. Since it is a renters market, I would beat them down on the 30k if it is truly a long-term lease.

Just down the road from SP 5 in a quiet secure 18 house village with no dogs, no noisy neighbours, high quality build 3/4 bedroom European bungalow in large mature gardens with large pool 10 x 5 with inbuilt spa , fully furnished. 5 Ac s office with AC and too many other extras to mention all for 35K a month

3/4 Bedrooms no good for me I'll be living alone.. Obviously the more Bedrooms the bigger the price so 2 Bedrooms will be what I'm looking for unless I can get a 3 Bedroom at the same price which is a long shot..
