lostinisaan
I'd love some rain in Sisaket. Looks a little bit like our "Lucky", who just gave birth to five very nice looking and healthy puppies.

Suradit69
We've had a couple of rainfalls in Pattaya this past week. One a few days ago was enough to have standing water on Pattaya Tai for awhile.

HOAX
I read earlier today in a foreign news paper the government is looking for enough clouds so they could add chemicals to the clouds to make it rain. If it has been enough clouds in Mukdahan isn't it likely they would jump at it? Just saying, since Mukdahan has an air force base and if I don't remember wrong the gov has told the air force in Thailand to use their planes for this task. Sparkles
I, and others ,would be very doubtful that dumping chemicals into clouds if you can find them through the smog actually works, far from convincing.
