Boy, 11, reports finding body of stabbed mom, valuables missing

PHUKET: -- Police suspect robbery as a likely motive in the stabbing murder of a woman whose body was reportedly discovered this afternoon by her 11-year-old son at a room in Pa Khlok.

Thalang police were notified of the incident sometime after 2:30pm, when the body was reportedly discovered by an 11-year-old boy.

Every picture paints a story, this one says just how desperate some people are - drugs, loan sharks , gambling , there are so many serious issues to deal with here. In my opinion things are getting worse.

Possibly domestic related.

Very traumatizing for the child.

I hope there is an early arrest.

PHUKET: -- Two suspects were arrested last night for murdering a woman during a home burglary in Phuket on Saturday.

The body of Ubon Romporee, 49, was found by her 11-year-old son in their home in Pa Khlok Saturday afternoon.

“Ms Ubon had been stabbed multiple times and had her throat cut,” confirmed Thalang Police Superintendent Chanuchan Cholsuwat. “We have arrested two people already. However, at this point, we are not ready to publicly identify them.”

PHUKET: -- Police are still investigating the death of Pa Khlok women whose body was found with multiple stab wounds at her home on the weekend.

Thalang Police Chief Col Chanuchan Cholsuwat told The Phuket News this afternoon (Apr 4) that no arrests had been made.

“We have not made any arrests yet, but we have brought in several people for questioning,” Col Chanuchan said.

“Investigation officers are in the area questioning residents and looking into CCTV footage from the area to find the suspect or suspects.

“We have brought in a couple of people suspected to be involved in the incident and questioned them. However, we hope to find the suspects/suspect soon.
