Suteewan ‘Baitoey RSiam’ Taveesin falls from a buffalo while co-star Martin Midal clings to the animal’s back

SUPHAN BURI — A romantic scene turned frightening for two actors – and amusing for the internet – when they became trapped atop a runaway buffalo yesterday while shooting a soap opera.

Suteewan “Baitoey RSiam” Taveesin and Martin Midal were filming yet another remake of “Mae Nak” for Channel 8 in a Suphan Buri province field when the buffalo they were riding suddenly galloped away, throwing Baitoey and Martin. Neither was seriously injured.

Agreed! What an Rs he is.....

I hope she's a better actress than a singer, saw her last Sat, probably should try the acting route.

No buffaloes were hurt, although someone's ego was dented, in the making of this film !

Who cares?

Oh dear, how sad, never mind.

Loved the way a guy protectively threw himself on top of the heroine.

Buffalo, would that be the four legged one on the bottom or the two legged ones on top?

There have been at least 12 re-makes and re-re-makes and re-re-re-makes of that same, totally lame ghost story over the past 20 years, both for television and cinema - and still no end in sight.

The buffalo ran around hysterically after having watched a lot of Thai soaps in anticipation of her big day.
