Did you make any foreign currency payment/order....like using your Kbank debit card to pay for an online purchase in another currency. Or maybe using your card for a DCC cash withdrawal/purchase in another country?

Or even used your debit card for an online payment, I got that reference when I purchased some tickets from Thai Ticket Major.

I think it's a misleading reference, I think they mean payment or foreign exchange product as I got the same reference when I've purchased online from a UK company.
